• What do I receive after purchase?
  You receive a high-resolution, watermark-free JPG portrait (5400 × 7200 px, 300 DPI), suitable for printing at 18 × 24 inches.
• How long are my files available?
  Your portrait files are available for download immediately after purchase. Please download them right away — we do not guarantee long-term availability of files after your session ends.
• Can I get a refund?
  Because portrait generation begins immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a high-resolution image has been generated. Please review the free preview carefully before purchasing.
