2. How We Use Your Information

The photo you upload is used solely to generate your memorial portrait. We do not use your photo to train AI models, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or store it beyond the retention period described below.

3. Data Retention

Photos and generated portraits are stored temporarily to allow you to complete your session and download your purchased files:

• Unpurchased sessions: Photos and previews are automatically deleted after 72 hours.
• Purchased sessions: Your high-resolution portrait files are available for download immediately after purchase. Please download your files promptly — we do not guarantee long-term availability of purchased files after your session ends.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

5. Third-Party Services

Memorial Portrait Studio uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Gemini API — AI image generation
• Supabase — file storage and database
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal session identifiers stored in your browser to maintain your session state (such as your upload and generation results) without requiring an account. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your uploaded photo and generated portraits at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, we will delete your files and any associated session records.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Memorial Portrait Studio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
